We believe working people deserve a real voice on the job. That means protecting the right to organize, supporting unions, and making sure workers can stand together without fear.

Workers shouldn’t be afraid to come together or speak up. We’ll defend the right to organize and join a union without retaliation.
Fair pay and safe jobs
A hard day’s work should mean fair pay and a safe workplace. Unions help raise standards, and we’ll support policies that protect workers on the job.
Real bargaining power
Workers deserve a seat at the table. We’ll stand up for collective bargaining so workers can negotiate for better pay, benefits, and conditions.
Holding bad employers accountable
When companies break labor laws or mistreat workers, there should be consequences. We’ll push for enforcement that actually protects people.
